Manchester City have attempted to beat Chelsea to the signing of Napoli ace Allan but had their enquiry knocked back by the Serie A side.The Brazilian midfielder has been one of Napoli’s stand-out performers this season and as such they have told the Premier League leaders he’s not for sale.1
